How We Help
-
Supporting movement, coordination, balance, and body awareness to help children participate confidently in play, sport, and everyday activities.
-
Supporting hand strength, coordination, grip, bilateral coordination, and visual–motor integration through fun, engaging, play-based activities, helping children build strong, capable hands for tasks such as drawing, cutting, manipulating objects, and using tools for play and learning.
-
Supporting handwriting development, including posture, pencil grasp, letter formation, spacing, legibility, and endurance, to help children write more comfortably, efficiently, and confidently in everyday learning tasks.
-
Supporting independence in everyday self-care tasks such as dressing, toileting, feeding, and personal organisation, using practical strategies that fit naturally into daily routines.
-
Supporting children to understand and respond to sensory information, including differences in how they process noise, textures, movement, body awareness, and internal body cues such as hunger, thirst, or toileting, with a focus on regulation, comfort, and participation in everyday activities.
-
Supporting children to recognise, understand, and manage their emotions, develop regulation strategies, and build confidence navigating everyday demands, transitions, and social situations.
-
Supporting children who experience ongoing pain or fatigue with gentle, individualised strategies that focus on pacing, regulation, participation, and overall wellbeing in everyday life.
-
Support for young children experiencing developmental delay or global developmental delay, focusing on play skills, motor development, regulation and school readiness.
